Homemade Peppermint Foot Soak and Scrub Recipe
This simple peppermint foot scrub can be used both as a foot soak and to exfoliate the feet. It’s soothing and cooling, and is the perfect home remedy for dry, rough, cracked feet!

Combine Epsom salts and baking soda in a medium bowl.
Stir gently to mix dry ingredients.
Melt coconut oil and pour over dry mixture.
Add peppermint oil one drop at a time while gently stirring the mixture.
Stir until well mixed.
Store in an airtight container.

How to use as a foot scrub: use 1/4 cup of the scrub and massage into wet feet. Rinse well and put on socks to seal the moisture in.

How to use as a foot soak: use 1/4 cup of the recipe in 2 quarts of warm water. Soak feet for 10-15 minutes. Use the scrub after to remove all dead skin and calluses. Put on socks to seal the moisture in.
- This scrub/soak will keep for at least 6 months (as long as no water or water-based ingredients get into the mix.)
