My family is in love with this Easy Garlic Butter Recipe. Not only is it tasty, it only uses three simple ingredients, that you probably have in your kitchen already.
Fold the parsley and garlic in the butter using a spoon, butter knife, or your hands. Mix well.
Store your garlic butter in an airtight container up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or in the freezer. If you freeze it, make sure the container is airtight so it doesn’t take on the flavors of other things in your freezer.

If you want to make a large amount of this garlic butter recipe, mold it into a long tube and wrap in freezer paper. Put it in the freezer until firm and cut off slices. Then package the slices to freeze. Then you can take out a slice of the garlic butter to put in the fridge to thaw when you need it.I have also frozen this garlic butter in an ice cube tray. When frozen, take the garlic butter out of the tray and put in an airtight container. Use one or two frozen cubes to saute or add to vegetables. This makes a great butter option for mashed potatoes as well.
