  • Combine all ingredients. You can use a blender to combine the ingredients if you want. I usually don’t, but do keep in mind that this does separate and the herbs and spices float to the top pretty quickly.
  • I store mine in a mason jar. Keep refrigerated. Shake well before using.

Notes

I use this on salads, but it also works as a marinade.
Last weekend, we finally had spring weather.  I marinated chicken in this overnight and grilled it.  I made extra to cut up for salads the next day, but all of the chicken was gone.  Even my picky eater who doesn’t eat meat ate two pieces.
I cut up cucumbers and tomatoes, drizzled on some of this dressing, and served it as a healthy side dish with dinner.
