Ingredients
3/4 cupolive oil(see above notes for other oil ideas)
Combine all ingredients. You can use a blender to combine the ingredients if you want. I usually don’t, but do keep in mind that this does separate and the herbs and spices float to the top pretty quickly.
I store mine in a mason jar. Keep refrigerated. Shake well before using.

I use this on salads, but it also works as a marinade.Last weekend, we finally had spring weather. I marinated chicken in this overnight and grilled it. I made extra to cut up for salads the next day, but all of the chicken was gone. Even my picky eater who doesn’t eat meat ate two pieces.I cut up cucumbers and tomatoes, drizzled on some of this dressing, and served it as a healthy side dish with dinner.
