        Notes

        FAJITA BOWL RECIPE:
Simply cook steak or chicken in olive oil over medium heat.  Then add veggies and sautee until soft.  I like onion, green pepper, and sometimes corn.  I also add black beans for some more protein and sometimes brown rice if I have some leftover from another recipe.  Depending on how much meat I used, I add my homemade fajita mix recipe.
Scoop it into a bowl and top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, or avocado.
It's a very easy lunch to make, especially when I have leftover veggies and meat to use up.
        TRADITIONAL FAJITAS RECIPE:
If you want to make traditional fajitas, make the mixture the same as for the fajita bowl recipe.
Spoon the fajita mixture onto a warm flour or corn tortilla shell, wrap, and serve.
